Cheeses & olives on colorful cocktail skewers buy those in 1980s so they are vintage by now.
Mini beef pastries with olives, capers, hot chili peppers.
Mini salmon & dill pastries.

Diy mini herb biscuits with carpaccio.
Stuffed mini tomatoes with cream cheese and herbs.
Mini zucchini, scallion and parsley pancakes.

Shrimp dill smorrebrod/danish open sandwich in mini size.
Diy marinated very thin sliced cucumber finger sandwiches with irish butter.
Steamed asparagus wrapped in smoked chicken thin slices.
Brie, camembert, diy xmas chutney ( adapted from Nigella Lawson recipe) and crackers.


Pate variety of 3 types on rye bread with variety mustards: dijon, french and honey and polish pickles, german pickles and cornichons.
Leftover turkey from yesterday on top of panfried smoked paprika mini potato halves.
Potato salad, eggs, herbs, scallion, shallot, mayonnaise, milled 4 types peppercorns, salt flakes.

After so much work & anticipation, I have to keep CELEBRATING! And it is worth it!!

Today I am making split pea soup with my enormous meaty ham bone, I wonder if I should use two packages of split peas.

DH may choose to make a fried ham and egg English muffin sandwich.

1/2 Costco Chicken Bake [bought BC of these]. They're pretty big. Put ours in the toaster oven on the convections setting. Some Rosemary fries and onion rings. Finished off the Red Wagon Apple Cider.
