I went out for late lunch/early dinner. Usually it's a nice time to go out, less people. Well today the restaurant was slammed and we had a wait. My husband loves this place so we waited.
https://www.boyntonrestaurant.com/mobile/#home/index It was worth the wait!
I had the falafel sliders with tzatziki sauce and a fennel slaw. I had an Allagash White to drink.

It's hot here, so I made a pasta salad with home made ranch dressing and lot's of veggie - broccoli florets, carrots, peas, tri-color peppers, jack cheese, green onions and home made ranch dressing.

I am making some tea sandwiches for an English tea the woman at my church are having, so we are also having salmon salad tea sandwiches, with water cress and thinly sliced cucumber and radishes.

Desert is also for the tea tomorrow, but I made a bit more for us. Strawberry Cheesecake trifle, and Fudge brownie and salted caramel toffee trifle.

I've been pretty good about keeping fast food to a minimum this year, so treated myself this evening. Was getting a couple errands done near a Taco Bell. Used their drive through so I could enjoy it with a beer at home.

A crunchy taco and a chicken burrito supreme. Fire hot sauce. Drank Apocalypse IPA.

Am certain a long walk eliminated all the calories. Lol.
