We are traumatized, they stopped selling fresh pizzas you can cook.
That was a favorite weekend go-to, one pizza take home and load up with veggies and cheese and BBQ it. Was super good, kinda healthy with all we added, and totally inexpensive.
In lieu of that we bought a premade pizza crust and added stuff and will BBQ it.
Our Walmart’s Take n Bake are very good. You might try it and see if it’s comparable.

Moo shu meatballs in flour tortillas with choice of plum sauce, hoisin sauce, or mustard, plus chopped lettuce and onion.
I’m going to try something different today and include finely minced daikon tops in my meatballs. DH will never know. It’s a very healthy but not very pretty vegetable. I end up with these tops when I buy a daikon from my neighbor. The only way we’re eating a bunch of non-spinach dark greens is if I hide them.
Red beans and black rice with cajun sausage and seasonings.

I will probably have a an of Amy's soup. Since Bella, Border Collie mix) April (Weimaraner) and Roxy (my 6 year old Dachshund - very unexpected) died, I haven't had much of an appetite.
Do you mean all three of them have passed away unexpectedly? That is horrible and so sad. I am very sorry, Sheena. You must feel awful.
I hope everyone had a great weekend. Tonight we are having oven barbecued beef brisket; Creole dirty rice; tomato/basil/mozzarella/spinach salad, roasted vegetables; and oatmeal-cranberry-pecan cookies.
