Roast a light kielbasa with onions, zukes and potatoes. When its done toss with spinach, arugula, basil until wilted. Top with cheese, tomatoes and avocados, fried egg and hot sauce (I made two batches yesterday, hot and very hot)

The husband is making a beef stir fry. He doesn't know it yet but whatever. He is so much better at stir frys then me.

Perhaps you crowd the pan, MS? It's nice to have a husband who cooks, mine only makes hot dogs.

Last night we had a Costco 4 meat stromboli. It was very good and very filling.

Tonight maybe pesto pasta with chicken.. or maybe I should make the bacon-wrapped pesto chicken breast again.
