We got Buffalo wild wings to go: I had a grilled chicken Caesar salad, DH had parmesan garlic boneless wings and we shared an order of potato wedges. My first time eating this and I liked it. DH had it one other time with his brother.

It's my last night of milking the old hurricane angle. Tonight we had a frozen pizza , to which I added mushrooms and olives. Tomorrow, all thought of being without power will have passed and I think I'll make something good.
Probably, flank steak with carrots and beets, and mashed potatoes.

Pork baby back ribs (from the deli ), baked sweet potato and steamed broccoli from the garden.

Dry brined and grilled bone-in chicken thighs

Farmers' market green beans cooked with sauteed onion and chicken broth

Our own tomatoes, sliced with a drizzle of oil and feta cheese

One of us had 1/2 of a baked potato.

(The chicken thighs have become something of a specialty for us. I dry brine them and DH grills them. They always turn out great. Tonight I used Spike seasoning as the brine mix. Very tasty.)

2 slices of cheese pizza
I replenished my supply of kale and broccoli so I had my everyday dinner salad mixed with mango slivers and shredded carrots.

How and what do you use for your dry brine?

Calling them "boneless wings" is just a way to overcharge for chunks of breast meat.
