The menu called it "Smokestack Chicken". It was basically a grilled chicken breast with BBQ sauce, a slice of cheese, and two strips of bacon criss-crossed on top, with a baked potato and texas toast.

Ah, the experiences of eating out on the American Highway.

BLTs tonight. Instead of mayo I use cream cheese and guacamole. It tastes so good!

Tonight baked garlic breaded chicken legs and Punjabi style chickpea salad. To drink lassi or sour lemon water. For dessert a choice of fruit like cherries,peaches or blueberries with yogurt.

*I discovered this recipe recently and it is so delicious. I had to share it !!!
