We had a very unimaginative dinner, but good. Baked potatoes, bag o Caesar salad and a rib steak.
Hubby likes to smash his potato in the pan after the steak is cooked.

For some inexplicable reason, I'm craving Taco Bell like a fiend.

I will be ordering 4 soft taco supremes and a side of potato wedges.

And I will definitely regret it later tonight.

(This happens a few times a year.)

stocked up at Costco, they had their fresh tuna poke salad out (wasabi and seaweed)- will have it with a bowl of brown rice and tamari sauce...

I had that day yesterday.

Today I fell victim again to posting-dinner-too-early-syndrome, so the revised meal is:

Santa Fe chicken breast
Near East toasted almond pilaf
Steamed broccoli with balsamic and butter
