Too late to edit my post... I found a new empanada place today and got a spinach and mushroom to have with our Indian leftovers tonight. Excited to try them!
I was spent today, both physically and mentally. I threw a bunch of pasta with a jar of sauce and called it a day. Hubby was fine with it and so was I.
rotisserie chicken, home made coleslaw, watermelon & some white beans, & a scant spoon of leftover diced beets, Cold chai for a beverage
