What's For Dinner Tonight -- 2017 (New Mexico, beer, appetizers, restaurant)

Tonight we are having veal stew over Creole rice, grilled asparagus with lemon/garlic butter, and banana cake for dessert. Its been awhile since I've seen veal at the supermarket near my house.

Tonight its grilled pork tenderloin, mac and cheese and grilled tomatoes with parmesan and fresh basil.

Tonight I'm making the ancient Heinz Classic Meatloaf recipe. Then there will be an envelope of Idahoan instant mashed potatoes, probably the roast garlic version. I'll steam a bag of green veggies in the microwave. We'll drink some Lipton Peach flavored concentrated iced tea (from a tiny squirt bottle). Dessert will be half a Klondike Heath ice cream sandwich.

Spaghetti with meat sauce and a green salad.

Carnitas with homemade pico de gallo, guacamole all on small "street taco" tortillas.

Should be easy and tasty.

I had a pan roasted chicken breast with fresh sliced home grown tomatoes.

Enjoyed a marinated London Broil steak and a small bowl of pasta salad (will eat leftover pasta salad for lunch Thursday). Drank a Ballast Point IPA. Dessert was a scoop of vanilla ice cream with a lot of raspberries.
