looks like finally, we are having the Fish and Chips I have been meaning to serve for a couple of weeks. No, they have not been in the fridge that long, just to set that straight. They are frozen. Well the chips aren't but the fish is. Of course they will be fixed in the air fryer and I am making a broccoli/cauliflower salad to serve with it.

Making Gwyneth Paltrow's turkey meatballs (heavy on fresh herbs) and her go-to tomato sauce. Also an arugula salad with tomatoes.

I'm continuing my pleasant float down Carbohydrate River.

Mini-margherita pizzas and boiled potatoes with cottage cheese. (I grew the potatoes. )

MAYBE a green salad should I become duly motivated.

Oh dear I have totally forgot how much I hate moving! Tonight is our first home cooked meal at the new house. It's a classic-rotini, meatballs and homemade garlic bread.

I made chicken salad and tossed in a lot of halved cherry tomatoes and some shredded lettuce and will eat that while watching Hobbes the cat chase fireflies. I love the fireflies. I don't have to wor k tomorrow so I'm going to enjoy a bottle or two of beer tonight. It's relaxation time.
