Yep, I mostly do catfish filets or nuggets. It's usually hard to find in my area but turned out it is sold at the "high end" grocery store, lol.

I haven't had whole catfish since leaving the south 8 years ago.

I am totally at a loss, will probably decide while I am sitting in church pretending like I am listening to the sermon. I asked daughter and hubby over for dinner but never thought about what to serve. I am thinking of stopping at the butcher shop on the way home and buying another steak, we already have one out. Spoiled brat could grill them and I certainly have plenty of veggies for side dishes. Or, I could do something with lef over ham. I saw a cooking show yesterday on public TV. He was making chicken scallopini or ever how you spell it. That caught my eye. Now it is the process of elimination.
