Believe it or not, "skun" is an acceptable past tense of the verb "skin." Now, the excessive punctuation.

I was going to try to edit this...reword it...make it shorter and more understandable...but I just could not even...maybe if I had coffee.

I eat a reduced carb meals when you shift your food from high carbohydrate food to lower carbohydrate foods that shift takes a lot of the fast burning sugar out of your blood. This fast burn is what triggers your body to think you have abundance of food available and its time to fatten up. We are made to have times of feast and times of famine only 150 years ago it took a lot more work to put a meal in your stomach with the exception of wealthy people in 1850s. With exercise combined this will trigger your body to start burning the fat off. I have lost 39 lbs in 7 months my first month I lost 15 lbs yes lot of water weight but because I work out in the gym for 1 hour 5 days a week my muscles have gotten a lot stronger. The real pay off for me was I used to wear a 38" pair of jeans yesterday I bought my first pair of 33" jeans it has been 30 years since I have been able to fit into a pair of 33" jeans. I would say I have had a good experience with lower carb eating.

I believe it, but apparently it depends on the dictionary. One says it's a non-standard past tense of the verb skun. Merriam-Webster doesn't mention it at all. The Urban Dictionary says it means to punch someone's testicles. He wuz skun!

Why is it different if they are on their phones or just talking to their dining partner? We all have different decimal sensitivities.
