and I don't understand it too, why people comment like that. Sometimes I thought they're writing in British English so I tried to understand it.

Those "sentences" begin and end as merely a few unpunctuated messes, but in the middle, they morph into a jumble that is almost entirely a word-salad, composed of unrelated words that were thrown together without the involvement of any thought process.
...Sometimes I thought they're writing in British English...
Say WHAT?!?!?! I'm writing in "British English." Can you understand what I'm writing?
