Yea but that is commonish down there. I don't think they will be the hottest though as it is east feed and anyway they can't always be the warmest and aren't.

But I am hopeful of at least 27c.

I woke up at 7am and it was wall to wall sunshine bit of a surprise. Now it is cloudy.

Very happy at last it's summer like here. 30c temperatures and humidity during today more of the same the next 3 days. I just enjoyed a lovely evening bike ride in temperatures close to 30c

Going down to watch Seattle's fireworks show tonight. I'm sure parking will be a disaster, though.

It should reach about 70°F here in Buxton most days this weekend/week with any luck. Maybe could reach 75 on the warmest of these days.
