Is May the month in where cold lovers/heat lovers are happy the most?
I mean i notice a lot of heat/warm lovers people happy cause the warm days are starting to appear, and at the same time, a lot of cold/cool lover people of southern hemisphere (like myself) are happy cause summer is over and cold days (even when it doesnt seems so now where i live but oh well) already had started. While heat lovers of the southern hemishpere arent that unhappy (except flight simmer) cause days arent THAT cold yet.
And the cold lovers in the northern hemishpere arent still THAT unhappy cause hot temps didnt start fully yet.
So my question is...is May the month where everyone in this forum is more happy about the weather? Or, let me put it this way....is may the month in where everyone is less unhappy about the weather in this forum?
I can think of a few people on here who are definitely not happy with the weather. They know exactly who they are.
Oh yes, i know, but they sure are gonna be A LOT MORE unhappy in June or July. My point is...whoever HATES the heat is gonne feel worst in june/july/august/sept in northern hemisphere, and whoever HATES cold is gonna feel worst in the same months in southern hemisphere.
My question is...since May is a transition month everywhere, maybe is the month where everyone is less unhappy about the weather?
Maybe this is a dumb question, but i worked 14 hours, pardon me. And i legitemaly have wonder about this in the past. Always thought May or April had to be the months where everyone is less unhappy about climate.

Cause they are so...so-so.
Well lucky for me there are no hot months here. Summer is lovely and mild (I consider it 'warm' but most would say mild), just the way I like it. I am happy all year.
I'm usually not that happy with the weather in May. It is usually quite boring with not much interesting weather such as thunderstorms (though I did get some storms last Friday). Temperature-wise it's Ok I guess, with most days pleasantly warm, but it is often too cold at night.
When I lived in Tn I was definitely NOT happy during May, because that's the month when it would begin getting hot regularly. And in fact it's been at or near 90 in my hometown the last few days. But here the weather's been great in May so far.
I guess you are quite right in the sense that if everyone here had to rate their own happiness by month, May would probably be one month with the highest average, for the reasons you mentioned.
Personally, I started May at the equator so it's pretty irrelevant to judge whether I'm happy or not - the weather would be the same in February or October
But generally, I'm very happy from late March in Nice, especially when we change clocks and get an extra hour of daylight in the evening. I'm fond of that. Plus, temps start rising, albeit a little, at that time of the year, and everything (temps, sunshine, daylight) is improving simultaneously until July, the peak of our superb summer.
In my case I'd say that I'm only feeling so-so about the weather during June-August (or "summer" here). May is still too cold for me as I can't go outside without a minimum of a sweater and long pants and often a jacket
