Looks like the CAD will win out and keep me in the 40s today.

Weird seeing that Virginia Beach is currently almost 10 degrees warmer than Savannah.

I wonder how far northwest that rain/snow line will go. Will NYC totally avoid seeing rain? Let's find out, lol.

Things are heavier than the usual in Japan due the above average conditions in the sea.

Yuzawa, east Japan, with 2m of snow in the past 48hs.

Nope. No rain please. I refuse. We'll take all snow instead. Thanks.

The snowstorm has a shape that looks like the monster from Ness is going to swallow NYC .

Nasty day. Upper 30s and rain. Was supposed to hit 43 but I just don't see that happening without some advection. It is a little warmer to the NW, I think our cold air is coming down the east side of the Blue Ridge.

Oh and we're in for a cold Christmas. 27 morning low. High of only 43. Originally looked like a chance of mix precip and even light snow but it's been drying. Hope it's at least a nice day.
