Couple days after the "Polar Vortex" it goes well above normal. This is why I'm hesitating doing a thread. Is it worth it for couple days? Would be fun to track it and see what happens.. Should we?
Don't mean to spoil the fun but here's GFS for temps Monday the 4th. 50s in Ohio and Virginia. 40s in Western NY
The Polar airmass coming (which is impressive) might not last long.
Not worth a thread IMO. Too short-lived and too small in extent. It's a total non-event for most of the continent.
At least you’ll get appreciable snow out of this, unlike Indianapolis which will miss out yet again, Indianapolis is an epic climate fail compared to Chicago at least when it comes to snow .
Might as well move to Fort Worth sooner rather than later, I’m sooo fed up with this cold weather, and it will only get colder before it starts getting warmer. I just hope that Indianapolis doesn’t get jipped out of a spring again this year.
