Actually, there were some sun peeks last Friday and Saturday. There were quite some hours of sunshine during New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day was mostly sunny.
It's been in the 40°s at night and 50°s during the day here in SW Florida and we are freezing! Saw a middle-aged couple yesterday wearing their Bermuda shorts. Must be snowbirds enjoying the "warmth". Been there, done that. My hearty New Englander blood is gone. I am a wimpy SW Floridian now.
