We all love Palms and Snow scenes.

More Palms with snow

Brooksville, Mississippi

Lake Charles Southern Louisiana

Last one... you can imagine some other local spots or the mountains having even more...

Lookout Mountain in Alabama, more snow to fall there

9:50amEST Radar and whos reporting what. Now snowing in Western North Carolina above 2000'. And northern Georgia above 1000'. Brownsville Texas reporting snow now

Southern snow is always a cool sight.

It hasn't been above 35° in 48 hours here now, and most of that time has been in the 20s. Hoping that snow moves some west and adds to our dusting this morning, it will stick to anything lol

I measured 0.24" this morning in gauge. Some of this was rain that fell before the snow started falling, but not sure how much. After about 3 AM it pretty much just snow.

I measured several spots in the grass, and got between 1 and 2 inches, so went with 1.5" for "total snow depth". Maybe I should have put this for the "new snow accumulation" as well.

1pmEST Dec 8th map. Brownsville Texas still reporting light snow and 34°F. 30s down to the Louisiana and Mississippi coasts. Isn't the water temp like in the 70s?

Snowing hard in Western NC, starting to change over in the burbs of Raleigh now

A 20 degree difference between St. Augustine and Daytona. Guess that's where the front is.

It's been a steady 45 F here for the past 24 hours. I'm guessing the air aloft over SE Georgia and South Carolina is very warm.
