How warm do you want it?? This isn't the south!
I have no interest in cold, I'd rather it be in the low to mid 60s. I can tolerate colder, down to about 25°F or so it's not too unpleasant but warmer would be better. But if it's going to be cold, at least have it snow.

Aren't you annoyed at summer even it's a below average summer?
