Any March models yet?

How will this March compare to 2015?

Looking at some photos, last year the snow was ALL gone in Winnipeg second week of March which is about 2 weeks earlier than normal. This year we barely have any snow as well, so some warm weather should be the end of it.

Extended forecast looks like garbage for March so Im just going to hope that it's inaccurate after 10 days

Polar Vortex Update. Back where it belongs or does it below in Southern Quebec?

There's no way in hell we (U.S) will ever get frigid cold with the PV that far north. Not even the trough is carrying much cold air with it. There's no bleed down happening. The -10C line is retreated well into Canada.

That Eastern Mini Ridge will move out but the Zonal Flow across the west will send warmth into the U.S and East.

It is nice to see the larger Ridge out well in the Atlantic but the Zonal flow and being No ridge out west, there's no chance of well below normal temps in the East coming next few days

And judging by the way that +10C airmass is pushing north, I will say the Upper plains and Mid West are having a very warm February morning right now. I haven't checked.

lol. If the ground wasn't frozen I probably would of tried to till the garden soil a little. Maybe I'll get my seed trays ready.

Looking off the west... I see it... It's coming. 50s up to Wisconsin on a February morning.

Morning Rain in Minnesota must feel weird?

Springfield, IL rising 5 degrees an hour since 7am. WTF?

That snow in PA & NY isn't reaching the ground, no stations reporting anything in its track but I'm sure flurries are falling somewhere especially in the darker returns? The mountains should break it apart I think
