TWC is forecasting thunderstorms now. PWATs 1-1.3 inches tonight.
You guys seem to get more spring thunderstorms from frontal boundaries than we do, and we seem to get more summer thunderstorms. Wonder if that's true.

Yeah, it's true. What I dislike most about my climate.
Yeah, next weekend isn't looking bad weather-wise where I live (10 miles inland, and 20 miles north of Miami) is forecast to drop to 49 F. Not bad for almost March. Hopefully March is cooler than normal.
For December, yes.
For the entire winter, 1889-90 has the most 70+ degree days by far: 28.
Second most is 1998-99 with 19 days. Next is 1929-30 with 17 days, then 1931-32 with 16 days.
15 days at or above 70 would tie 2004-05, 2001-02, and 1956-57 for 5th most.
14 days would tie 2007-08 and 1949-50 for 8th most.
Wow, today was the second day we hit 72F (22C) this month.
Tied for most with 2000. 1996. 1932.
Max Temps today. They need to change the scale. Lol. They usually do in the Spring
