NWS says 84F next Thursday, while TWC and Weather Underground are predicting our first 90F of the year.
NWS is usually more accurate.
GFS says 90s for 4 days in central FL around Lakeland/Fort Mead area. Just a small pocket for 4 days. Nothing widespread. 80s are being shown mostly across the state. Dewpoints in the 60s.

It would be interesting to see how long we can go without hitting 90F. Average is April 6. Record earliest is Feb 23, latest is May 10.

NWS hasn't been too accurate for me lately, today's forecast (56/32F) ended up being off by quite a bit (61/29F here). But TWC/WU and Accuweather can be far off the mark as well.
reached 63°F, not that far from Westfield. First 60°F of the season! We haven't had many days in the 50s this year, may not have gotten above the low 50s. Big jump. Thought I'd find it warm but it just felt normal, like it had always been this way. It's that different from inside, so nothing new. Went for a bike ride a few days ago and wore a jacket and pants, bike ride today: shorts.
Interesting hottest in NY was upstate rather than downstate. Maine couldn't make it above 50°F. Snow there till end of April?

Isn't it funny how as soon as the snow or most of it melts, temps surge into 60s easy? Forecast was only 50s today for here.
70s can't penetrate north of DC still though. At least we acheived 60. Typically done in March. At least for here.
I uncovered the A/C. Getting ready. Lol.
NWS had to raise max temps just hours before. Lol. Didn't Euro have 60s from last week???
