yes, thanks. This is November 22nd next week on Latest GFS. See the Vortex? Look at the purples this time of year for Very cold temps. Nice warm ridge in Europe. Might be chilly in areas but the cold airmass no where near Europe. So if that Vortex drops south more in Canada AGAIN (like we have now) December could get very interesting with colder air in North America.

Hmm. We're seeing two different things posted. You're posting a Nov 29 model forecast, and Cambium is posting a Nov 22 one.

Yup, and I'm not just talking about 1 frame (or couple days worth).. I'm talking about a pattern. That's why I mentioned December. While it should relax over the U.S (naturally), after this week, it could return with that vortex in that position in 3-4 weeks. Anything is changeable after 10 days anyway especially 2 weeks out.

Also, the cold air and snows we've seen in the U.S in the past week and into next week is the last of it until December. Wow. That felt a little weird saying that since it is only November.

Doesn't mean there wont be chilly/cold air around or snows, just not engulfing the Lower 48 like it is or as cold/snowy.

Not looking at Winnipeg. Map shows -10°C or so temperatures over Massachusetts.
