1) Auntie Anne's
2) Johnny Rockets
3) Starbucks
4) Fudgery
5) Harry and David.

Other information gleamed also shows the hours of operations and center events during november and decemeber

Tanger Outlets: National Harbor / Washington DC :: Directory

Yeah I think that is going to be the bulk of it onsite. I remember when they were presenting to the planning board, they noted that they would not have an expansive food selection. That might be mitigated when the build out the Harborview Center and the upper and lower tourist centers all are supposed to have food options. My thought is that those three projects will be online by 2016.

Do you have some info on the Harborview Center and the other centers? You've mentioned it before and I have not heard of it or just forgot about it.

Only what they show on the master plan off Peterson's website and what they propose will be in those locations.

http://peterson.propertycapsule.com/...t/view/id:456/

My assertions about their development is based on the current and proposed development near them. The uptick in shoppers etc. will stimulate other development in that area.

On another related note...there is an entertainment venue on the plan that has a occupancy of 1000 users. Since MGM's announcement didn't identify where Peterson's 200M contribution will cover. The impression I got when I went to the MGM vendor session (out of curiosity) was that the construction of the casino resort would come out of their budget. That said, it will be interesting to see what Peterson will contribute to that project aside from the land. BTW, MGM also stated at that meeting that they will not be seeking public dollars for the construction of the building or surrounding roadwork. At the most, they may partner with the state and metro to increase the bus service but will develop a more extensive shuttle service (road and water) to supplement what's already there.

My thought is that they will be building out a concert/music hall of some type. My position is based on the eventuality of it being built and a conversation that I had with a construction company that was approached about supporting that type of project. We will see.

I can't say for certain but it would seem logical. Tanger would be up and running, the associated Tanger Hotel pending and with MGM on the way it would make since for them to capitalize on the new amenities slated for that part of the National Harbor. Place on top of that the amount of traffic flowing through there through rush hour, I think any retail/restaurant could see the value of locating there.

Yea I assume Oxon Hill will be completely different in 5-10 years once the investors get done with it.
