Who cares? Where was the community outrage when that little innocent baby was killed in a drive by this year? The killer was let out of jail with a gun charge and was awaiting trial. Why are there 50 cops standing around in a group on the southside while 2 innocent women are gunned down in the northside next to a city park in a known problem area? Just like scr said if he narcs he will become a victim, that is not acceptable and that can be changed but people keep voting for the do nothing career politicians.

Just to put things in perspective with all the fear mongering going on in this thread, regarding downtown, the majority of crimes are petty, have been decreasing sharply through 2022.

Don’t recall anyone talking about petty crime, but a great way to try to deflect from the violent crime that continues to get worse…and it’s not fearmongering, it’s reality…though there has been fearmongering about the police but no stats can be supported for it, and it said where a criminal wouldn’t be expected to follow the law.

But not violent crime which is what’s been/being discussed. Great attempt at deflection from that, though

Its' not a deflection, it's a statement of fact, backed by data.

The truth is often unpopular.

Per the data, crimes have been decreasing sharply through 2022 downtown.

How does it feel to be wrong literally all the time?

Violent crime is down in downtown pittsburgh from last year, it's way down from 2019.
