FIRST CALL--- complete idiot! waste of time

oddly enough they didnt email me back, they just called
Just called back to re-verify 13 weeks of EB that I was told from 2 separate people last week. Now lady is saying $0 is available and after she was trying to fast talk me while telling her about my calls last week she asked to transfer me to supervisor.
Supervisors are now fast talking car salesman (no offense attended) and the funny thing is that all they document during conversations is that what they tell you far as what you already know but not what they tell you far as how many weeks or $ amount available!
Sad to say but seems like everyone is being lied to about this EB thing. My last Tier 4 payment was Aug. 9th and when I asked supervisor where these last 2 checks came from these past 2 weeks all he could say is "We don't know since I know you have heard we have a big mess here".
Supervisor told me to go in and file this Sunday and however many more it will allow and see if I get anything. All I can say is that I'm done with the stress of dealing with them and being out of work and rather just focus on job and not the crap that they are feeding. If I get anything fine...if not DONE with thinking about what the ESC is going to do for me!
thats very odd, i have not heard anyone else who HAD eb last week
and now its gone? i know its frustrating BUT id call back and hope u get someone COMPETENT to talk to
Only thing I do not understand is the date. My Tier 4 just ran out in August and I only drew about 2 weeks EB when in 1st year.

i see no logical way they could have moved it back that far?

No and received letter earlier in the year that stated was not allowed to receive EB which was true before this problem they have now and drew Tier 3 & 4. Received EB payment 2 times before having to start new benefit year so wondering where 20 weeks of money went to after only having OP totaling $792 dollars.
