I stopped by Forest Hills Station in JP yesterday. Practically everyone had a mask on and most we're physically distancing the best they can at the bus berths. I did see others around town not wearing masks but by and large most people in Boston were. I'm curious to know how the farther suburbs and exurbs are doing.

It could be. It should be. I'll give you credit.

My guess is Photoshopped. I doubt the state has money on hand to alter the signs during a pandemic crisis with tax receipts down due to the economy and all.

I wouldn't put it pass Mass to do something like that...even when strapped for cash.

Not good news for support of schools reopening.

I tend to agree. The locals where I'm at (Back Bay/South End) almost all wear masks, excepting the occasional jogger or older person whom I can only assume forgot to bring it on their walk. Some (including myself) drop the mask when more than 6-10' away from others in this heat, but not too many defiant ones out there.

It's the tourists and fools from out of town, particularly along Boylston and Newbury, that I see without masks.

Back in Mar/April, when people went for a walk in a neighborhood, they wore masks. Now, you don't see that anymore, but there's plenty of space to distance. People will walk in the street, or cross to the other side to avoid others.

Stores is pretty much all compliance. Gas stations, all deliveries, etc.

But, outside groupings, I've seen it go down. Local parks are opening (playgrounds and such) and very few kids are wearing masks, or their parents. Neighbors have been having BBQ's and pool parties and no mask use at all. I'm sure heat, and comfort around familiar people have something to do wuth that.
