I took a Covid test today. She said the current strain is basically a head cold. I described symptoms I'd had in February 2020, where I worshiped and the train I took to work and showed a trace antibody result when I donated blood two weeks ago. She said I'm lucky to be alive, though my symptoms were annoying, not dire.

It's a theory based on established related science.

...and until a theory is actually proven, it's just that.

It's also a random guess that multiple boosters won't impact the immune system for some or many, or that they are even necessasry. Your point? How do people like you get so cocksure of yourselves and your favorite narratives? Did it evolve from childhood or develop later in life?

How many shots do you want? They claimed this was the most amazing "vaccine" but yet in one year you need 4 shots. Easier just get natural immunity like some were claiming from the beginning.

Now the only people I know getting sick are the vaccinated ones. Which by the way, people will still get sick, but it is also interesting that even pre-covid people that were sick were the ones taking the flu shot and other stuff before.

BSO is cancelling trip to Europe because of covid illnesses, including outbreak amongst staff. Perhaps they don't have a steady supply for Paxlovid to take at the first sign of a positive test, unlike our government... https://www.boston25news.com/news/lo...HA4M7FSIUBRD4/

Maybe feeling overconfident after my 2nd booster, I attended a bar trivia night in Somerville this evening. I have to admit, it felt like old times. But at the same time, people were packed so close that if someone had BA.2 in the crowd, for sure I would have gotten exposed. Wish they come up with a nasal cleanse of some kind that one can use after going to crowded events!

Almost as cool as a vaccine that really isn't a vaccine...until they had to change the definition.
