Chorizo and chicken. It’s pan fried with crumbled chorizo - no casing - and bite sized chicken pieces. I forget what else he does to it. It’s spicy and we have it with rice and salad or green veggie. Wine for me, pop for him.
Something different tonight - we are making Chinese style pork belly and getting our favorite takeout vegetable fried rice to go with it. Some hot and sour soup too maybe.
Rigatoni (?) with sausage and a slice of Texas toast, iced tea.
Couple scoops of pistachio ice cream.
