Grilled flank steak - medium rare, baked potatoes with sour cream and butter, and either a salad or green beans. If I can nab brownies from Gorges then nabbed they will be!
Oh - the marinade I used on grilled chicken the other day was just blah. It definitely needs to be stir fried (or baked.)
We went to the beach today. Beautiful sunny day in the high 80s. We stopped at my favorite restaurant on the way home. https://www.rhodyoysters.com/ We started with raw oysters and calamari. My youngest son had fish and chips, my oldest had a fried oyster plate. Both my husband and I ordered a lobster roll with ceaser salad. My husband is not a fan of anchovies so I ate his (from the ceaser salad) too! Yummy!
