Monday night we had homemade Salisbury steak over noodles, Tuesday night was pan fried chicken cutlets and roasted Asparagus, last night was homemade shrimp fried rice. Tonight I am making my husband Beef Heart, with sautéed Onions and roasted potatoes. Since I don't eat beef heart I will have a baked sweet potato and maybe spaghetti squash.

We're either going to have venison burgers or sloppy joes, some green beans or 4 bean salad. I suspect burgers because we have some ot the last ripe tomatoes from out garden to use up.

I made King Ranch Chicken casserole. It was good, but DHs delicate sensibilities thought Original Rotel was too hot. Tough.
