I'm on the Three-Day Purple Cabage and assorted vegetable soup cleans. Lots of water. Lots of soup. Adding some red lentils, to give it a protein boost.

A friend gave me a cookbook for Christmas called Half Baked Harvest. I’m making my first dish from it tonight - Coq au vin blanc meatballs. Serving some Pappardelle noodles and steamed broccoli on the side.
