We are snowed in, and because we lost power last night, and back this morning. Will prepare dinner, which is an amalgamation of various leftover stuff from the holidays, early just in case.

Butternut squash fioretti (pasta), roasted root veggies and squash, pesto, bit of cream, fresh spinach, a little hot pepper flakes, and lot of lemon and zest.

I forgot the slow roasted tomatoes, with garlic, time and onions.

I’m going to cook a spatchcocked chicken on the charcoal grill and we’ll have black eyed peas, mixed greens and leftover yellow squash casserole.

Don't know why they call it that. I just cut mine in half or cook whole on the big green egg meg.

Gonna have ribs in the oven and mustard greens.
