I had curry tonight too (OK, this afternoon, but it was my dinner!). It was the last portion that I'd put in the freezer (labeled, for a change!) and it was just as good today as it was when I made it in late October, although I did need to thicken the sauce. Mine was chicken & lots of veggies.

Forgot to take a picture.

What are Hussar cookies? (They include the word "cookies" so I suspect I would like them! )

Chicken Scarpariello, which is chicken with hot cherry peppers, sausage, cherry tomatoes and potatoes in a garlic, lemon, balsamic vinegar and olive oil sauce. Also made broccoli and had some tasty spring rolls.

Vegetarian lasagna. I bought it for a potluck, but then got told they already had a pasta dish, so we will eat it at home.

One of the ladies at the potluck is a vegetarian.
