Grilling a steak before the big storm come in tomorrow, side of faro salad, (sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, feta, kalamata olives and pepperoncini)

That salad sounds so good Mikala. I never know what to do with faro. Sounds like it might be equally good with bulgur.

We are having a treat tonight - found some Wagyu beef back ribs and DH is smoking them. I’m making a corn with onions and jalapeños side dish and now I’m considering a salad similar to above!

Yes, I was on the fence between doing it with farro or bulgur. Farro makes a nice hearty risotto.

I was going to have chicken wings tonight (probably with Thai sweet chili sauce over rice) but they weren't anywhere near thawed so I just had soup instead.

Tomorrow, the wings! Hannaford had them on sale for $1.49 this week (usually $3.99/lb.) so I bought more ... I think I now have several dozen in my various freezers ...
