It's hard to believe that people actually support this guy.

They already did two RINO's: Rick Perry (does this man even have a political party?) and Gingrich. Why not another?

If Joe Biden died this year and Obama asked him, Rick Perry would switch back to Democrat just as fast as he switched to Republican and take the post. His entire catalog of political views would go back to being the Democrat party line in a blink, just like when he insta-switched to Republican.

Gingrich has varied greatly over the years. Conservative. Moderate. Even liberal leaning. Depends on when you're looking at. And he takes the stance as a social conservative because he's playing to the crowd and saying what people want to hear, but he's lived his life like a Hugh Hefner wannabe.

Romney is supposed to be weak because he has changed his mind on a number of issues. Huntsman has not. Huntsman is a social moderate, fiscal conservative and he's more consistent than Romney. He also already did in Utah all the crap that the GOP is preaching. Lower corporate tax, flat tax rate, create a business friendly environment, etc. Mitt Romney didn't do those things in Massachusetts obviously, though I suppose Mitt had the deck stacked against him. So why not Huntsman?

When you consider that this guys average supporter believes the Earth is 6000 years old and that Jonah was swallowed by a whale it's really not that hard to believe at all!

I am from the old school I guess: you have to be registered by party to vote in the primaries and you have to register at least 30 days prior to the election. I don't like open primaries, I don't like registration on election day and I think, those registered by party should select the candidate that will represent them in the general election. I have mixed feelings about winner take all at the conventions.

They're also extreme sexists...something Bachmann should've thought of....but SHE was too busy encouraging sexism with ignorant statements like "wives should be submissive to their husbands"....

She really reaped what she sowed

Well he get the nomination? I think you are right even though I am not supporting him right now. Will he win in NOvermber? That is anyone's guess but will it be a Bob Dole outcome, that depends on what you call a Bob Dole outcome? It will be very close I think. Bob Dole didn't have the fire in his belly that was needed, the same a Paul does not have it.

Only "simple" people call others names because they don't agree with them.

It's the polar opposite of Obama's base. That's why it's called a "base." Do you fall in that category? If so, would uber-douche (or maybe even uber-dunce) describe you? Just curious.
