Hm. All cool stories bros...
Now, who's actually going to do something productive to ensure that stupid crap like this isn't in America's future anymore? And who is just going to continue to point the finger and throw the race card?

Of course, they weren't under oath in the media so they could have lied there and told the truth in front of the grand jury. Or they could have contradicted their own testimony on examination as well as the physical evidence contradicting it in other areas. Hard to say. I certainly have not read all, what, 60 witness accounts.
No, Bob McCulloch said in the press conference yesterday that there were witnesses that lied to the grand jury. But that they would not be going after anyone for perjury.

Everything was dumped on them when in reality these juries normally only hear basic information and not every piece of evidence. I just hope that no one publishes their names and address.
Still.................can't help wondering if the "Grand Jury," would have been comprised of 6 whites and 6 blacks, the outcome would have been different. I knew which way it was going when they announced that it took 9 jurors for a verdict.............9 were white. Go figure. The DA said the jury had been picked previous to this crime. O.K.; is that fair? Seems like the deck was stacked, from the beginning. I hope that the people were fair; I have a horrible feeling that their minds were closed and made up before they even began deliberating.

Nothing about this horrible crime is fair. The police officer used excessive force against a human being.
How many times did the officer shoot Michael? Seems like once in the leg would have stopped him if the officer was so AFRAID.

I hope Michael's parents sue the city of Ferguson for wrongful death. Michael was unarmed, no car, he was walking. I'm surprised that the police officer did not run over him with his vehicle to make sure he was dead. The officer acts like this was a wild animal coming at him. Then, to leave Michael's body in the street for over 4 hours.

Was the officer afraid that Michael's story would be different than his? Maybe, he could not let Michael live to tell what really happened. The truth of what happened.

There was no justice with that "Grand Jury." Sad, tragic day for Michael's loved ones and for human rights in America.

My son and his friends ( millennials) could care less about race. They joke around about it.
Sometimes I think the world will be a much better place when my generation and the one preceding it are gone.
I think you are right. My son is a millennial as well and they say that is the most tolerant generation to date.

The simply do not care about color or sexual orientation.

Have you seen this illustration of what happened? I do wonder why no one recorded this incident, no witnesses had their phones with them? Everyone has a phone and most have them attached like an appendage. As far as whipping out their phones, have you seen them when people fall on to the subway or when there is an accident or some other thing happens. It's a reflex action, for some they do that instead of helping the victim(s).

Are you serious? These so-called "witnesses" you are referring to were simply trying to get their 10 seconds of fame. I don't understand how anyone can still believe this nonsense when they have released all the evidence and you can clearly see where witnesses recanted. Do you always believe what anyone says? Without any sort of evidence to back it up??

I would be devastated if my son were shot and killed. But...my son wouldn't rob a store. My son wouldn't strong-arm a store owner. My son would get out the street if an officer told him to. My son wouldn't go for a policeman's gun. My son wouldn't call a cop "f*cking p*ssy." My son wouldn't taunt a cop. My son wouldn't resist arrest. My son wouldn't charge a cop. If he did those things, I would blame MYSELF for not teaching him right from wrong.

And I sure as hell wouldn't be in the streets shouting profanities and urging the public to burn down my city.

You hit the nail on the head here !

Exactly my thoughts.

Sure, any parent would experience immense pain if their child was shot and killed, regardless of who shot them. But the "why" of the situation would certainly matter wouldn't it ? If my son or daughter were killed by a vehicle while crossing the street with a green light I'd probably feel a very different type of pain than I would if the same child were killed after a committing a strong-arm robbery, and then after more or less getting away with it (temporarily at least), parading down the middle of the street in plain view of an approaching police car (how stupid is that ???), and then when being told to get out of the street (knowing I'd just robbed a store) giving the officer attitude and drawing additional attention to myself (how stupid is that ????), and then lunging for the officers gun, and well, you know how that all worked out.

There is so much in this case that just makes you scratch your head and wonder how anyone could so consistently make exactly the wrong decision when presented with several much better choices of action. I'm saddened that apparently all of those who are rioting on behalf of Michael Brown seem to think his malicious actions had no bearing on him being shot.

You attack and go for a police officers gun and it's not going to end well for you. I think we can all safely say that, regardless of how innocent or guilty you may be ! I would have thought that was just common sense, but apparently it's not.

Nasty stuff but the ferguson thing is much larger than one incident
Rioting has long been the method used to get massive infusions of federal money into poor urban areas but if you watch carefully that is about to change

In which the physical evidence contradicted all of those witnesses.
