I was last in Greenville and went by there a month ago...If they're looking to open in 2022, there's a LOT of work that needs to be done. From the outside, it didn't look like anything has been touched yet. Lots of broken windows still. I hadn't seen any of those large dumpsters they use to empty building with. Hopefully, there's a lot of work going on inside.

I'm betting the end of 2022 which was also a timeline that the developers of the Millennial campus at ECU put on its first two warehouses because of an expiring tax credit.

The Carolina Crofts will be home to the first “Agrihood” development in Pitt County, NC. The project will combine over 300 single-family homesites and townhomes with farming/gardening, a farmers market and a restaurant. The location will be directly across from Ironwood Golf and Country Club on Hwy 43 North.

What's up with Hastings Ford. They've got the lowest inventory they've had in decades Are they going out of business or has Ford priced themselves out of the market. I'm thinking the latter.

COVID related supply chain issues. Affecting the entire auto market.

I noticed driving by the other day the Ford dealer in Ayden doesn’t have a single new pickup on the lot.
