Nothing left to happen before the second coming of Christ, unless the last of His Sheep has yet been given repentance. But if thats happened, its any time now !
The prophets are actually hopeful that AFTER the second coming, the whole world converts.
That is great hope where we all thought otherwise. We Christians always assumed it would be too late to convert after the second coming, but the second coming makes the world convert after.

31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.
