Is he related to Jon Bon Jovi?

How funny, I just noticed the it's error, and totally missed the Bon Jovi error.

Why are people scarred of things that won't/can't hurt them?
What I'd like to know is how one gets a scar from something that supposedly can't cause an injury?

From the Non Romantic Relationships section of the forum:

Would you considered this to be "Controlling"? He controlling?
I was going to post the grammatical craziness in the post one sentence at a time but I realized that the whole thing is one huge grammatical brouhaha, so I'd say if you want to read further, you can look up the post and see for yourself.

Or you could just stab yourself repeatedly in the eyes with a knitting needle and probably accomplish the same thing.

Yes, reading through it was a torturous experience, but as soon as had I read a couple of sentences I could tell that this was a foreign-born person--very likely from Asia. Later, the OP confirmed my suspicions by stating that she is Chinese.

I am quite intolerant of bad grammar when it is displayed by native-born Americans, but when somebody has immigrated to The US from a non English speaking environment, I tend to overlook mistakes which I would not accept from a native-born American.

If I was to attempt to compose a post in her native language, I suspect that my efforts would be even worse--even after I had supposedly learned that language.
