This is the first time any model run has show freezing temps for a while.



Bournemouth Airport in southern England recorded a grass frost this morning. Simply unacceptable. We must get the first air frost in the North soon.

But I thought it was like 15c there last night.

Last year first frost was september. Maybe this year too.

Nah, 4.9C at Bournemouth Airport (frost hollow), 3.5C at Exeter Airport (another frost hollow).
