stop hyping every cold thing you can find. its tiresome dude. your man bastardi blew his winter wall to wall cold forecast big time and you know it.

He did. And said so today. But so did ALL the models and other met agencies This was a very unusual El Nino pattern where the southeast was warm

enjoy the back and forth cold/warm out east for the next 10 days. Beyond that cold might just settle in for a while.

I am so sick of all this rain that we’ve had recently. It poured yesterday, we’re supposed to get a mix with this Wednesday storm, then it is supposed to rain for multiple days after that.

I would love to get 10 days of dry, sunny weather, but that doesn’t look like that is going to happen for a while. I would be perfectly okay with a drought this summer after all the rain we had this fall.

Anyone talking about the mess expected to hit the mid-Atlantic Tues. 2/19/19 - Wed. 2/20/19?

Just hearing crickets, unless you guys think it'll be no big deal.

Glorious sunny afternoon here. A rare sight so far this month but looking like there's a few more on the way this week.

Not a bad season for snow, but in came in bursts with long periods with nothing on the ground (like the entire month of December)

We also have a mess coming Tuesday night into Wednesday. Just a couple inches here, but incredible snow totals in the Upper Midwest

Im restating what was said in the tweet that I posted. I didn't actually look at the model. Just what was posted in the tweet.

So here is what CPC is showing. It looks like it's trying to go positive.

Btw, GFS is showing this for the 11-15. Winter is not done and probably wont be until mid March regardless if it's meteorological spring. At least for here. This past November was almost 6F below average here and we had 12 inches of snow yet it was still meteorological autumn.

Dr. Cohen also says widespread cold during the first half of March so no I'm not looking for cold. It's just what is being forecast right now You and the Northeast/Mid Atlantic will probably get back and forth cold warm spells. I find that pattern more unpleasant than straight cold in spring.

cohen is cold biased and you know it. there are many meteos on twitter disagreeing with him and ventrice (another cold lover). you avoid the non biased meteo's on twitter obviously.

Wouldn’t be surprised if the areas of the coldest temperatures suffer from the worst of the drought conditions this spring and summer and possibly beyond that timeframe.

No I do not avoid other Mets. I already stated, I am WARM BIASED when it comes to spring. All models show cold coming. I dont like it but I have to embrace it. How can I cherry pick what Mets say when not a SINGLE model right now is showing warmth overrunning the country for the next 2 or 3 weeks. You go find me a met right now which shows warmth.
