Signs are pointing towards a pretty harsh winter for the eastern two thirds. Just hope the East Coast doesn't hog all the snow...

I love how these long range forecasters update their forecasts all winter long them make excuses when they are wrong. They are all just long shots. Only good forecast at best is ensembles two weeks out.





yeah but 2009 and 2012 were mild winters here.

I always thought it was only early October snow cover that mattered to him... now its the entire month? This mans credibility is not a lot.

It can't do this every year and you people still deny global warming. Only shot you can count on , is it gonna be hot in my part of FL all fall and winter.

I never denied global warming. I question the model a accuracy of global warming projections on a regional basis.

Why does everyone hate the late winters? I for one enjoy snow in March and April. Snow is snow, no real problem with it.
