Warmest parts of southern BC interior could reach similar temperature today.

32C is forexcast today for Kamloops....tomorrow 35C

Unforunately rapidly melting mountain snowpack means
record setting flooding in Osoyoos and Grand Forks, BC.

The flow will be from the south so whether your exact spot will see a lot, the chances are there to be wet next 2 weeks. Check out the flow and moisture around

Well i hope we get 10". My telescope will be here Monday so if that don't make it rain nothing will. There is rain 90 miles to my south but the dry air aloft is making it hard to reach the ground in my area. Maybe by Monday i will get some. I never count on much rain in May. Just May of 1979 and 2009 was wet that i can remember.

12pm map. May 13, 2018. Mothers Day. NYC & Philly in the 50s. Want warmth? Head north....or south

So............. Lets update this...

For Danbury, CT... Only 5 days this spring with sun and temps staying in the 60s. The other days were cloudy or just 3hrs of sun. We can count that day if you want.

We're losing time on sun & 60s. Hard to be sunny and 60s in Summer!

Cold little blob over the Mid-Atlantic (PA, NJ, NY). Still stubbornly stuck at 50 F/10 C at noon. Surprised to see how warm it was not too far south in VA, MD, WV etc.

Miserable weekend in the Toledo area. Cold and grey. Feel like jumping in the car and heading 100 miles south, where I can get out the shorts and sip on a cold beer.

Spent the morning cutting the Ligustrum, humidity is starting to creep up in Austin. Was 82 temp and 89 humidex at around 10:30 when I checked. I finished around noon and came in for lunch. Now it's 88 with 53% humidity, feels like 93. Tomorrow and Tuesday humid and partly cloudy in the low 90's then a SW wind from the desert whips up and we will be in mid 90's from then on.

Heatwave coming this week, first 100 degree reading (dry heat) expected by Friday.
