no, ratios were low. Nearby station at 4000 feet was at 30°F so it can't have high ratios. Sounds like warm-ish mid level / 850 mb temperatures for them

Snow in Valdez almost always has high water content. It's a pretty moist place.

Warmest morning yet at 68f. The front never made it and it will be close to 80 today and warm Friday. I thought Firebird said i was gonna have a high in the 60's today about 6 days ago.

Update on northeast coastal snow for Saturday night.

Current radar and who's reporting what..

Mostly rain in southern Texas right now but few spots reporting snow and even accumulation on cold surfaces like in Bracketville.

Laughlin airforce base reporting low drifting snow. Might be an error there. 850mb temp is -2.2C there.

Most of the U.S is now engulfed by the air mass. It's normal or below normal at the surface now. Except northern Maine for some reason is still 10 above normal this morning. Maybe clouds overnight. Phoenix is 7 above normal for the hour too. Looks like they are south of the cold airmass. And Florida too. 70 in Tampa is above normal.

A look at this mornings Temps at 5000' and the Upper flow. Interesting Positive tilted trough.

-12C over Kansas at 5k

You can use this link to see the temps at this level.. On the right click no radar to see map a little clearer.
