Check out the dewpoints in North Adams was around 24°F overnight, then went to subzero in the morning bottoming out at -12°F. Oddly low relative humidity
Southern Vermont and some areas nearby has very low dewpoints. Clash of dry air with moister storm air? Temperatures are a lot colder than previous snows of the year; even near Boston it hasn't gone above 20.

it did do some over here I left for charlotte yesterday at 9 am and it was sleeting. But then again I live 5 minutes from the Johnston county line so I was closer to the storm.
