Two things stood out on this one; first, the white bank building, and second, the Carter County courthouse. In June of 2014 my wife's boss' daughter was married in that church lower right, a Methodist church on Main Street. Ardmore, OK, about 1:45 east of me.

I was surprised at Ardmore's relatively large downtown. At one time there were two tire plants there.

It is Va Beach, not the CBD but Atlantic Ave.
