As in the Willamette River, Portland, OR, and the RiverPoint Marina, or something like that. If you want some overpriced seafood, there is a McCormick and Schmick's nearby. (Made that mistake in 2007)

Tacoma, WA, then? I don't remember it looking like that but the brief time I was assigned to Lewis/McChord was back in 1988 and in 2009 when I visited again it was nowhere near downtown.

I knew I'd seen those buildings before, and that it was in Texas, but I couldn't remember where. I spent an hour on Bing Maps until it finally hit me; Odessa.
