I am very surprised it's Albany, but when I got there last year it was near dark, and I stayed near NYU. When I went downtown it was dark. Great brewpub there, though, Albany Pump Station. I notice now that the parking garage sign reads "Albany County Office..."

Useless hint for this StreetView: my niece lives here.
